Minichamps models were the first diecast model cars that we ever sold. That was the 1:43 Ayrton Senna Racing Car Collection, and the year was 1994. A whole lot of ground has been covered since then, with the German company consistently at the forefront of each year’s current Formula One model replicas, in both 1:18 and 1:43 scale. Minichamps covers far more than just Formula One, though, replicating a whole host of road cars, endurance racers, rally cars, and even motorbikes. The main collector scale for Minichamps is 1:43 models although they probably product more collectible 1:18 scale model cars than anyone else. 

These are evenly spread between modern and classic subjects, so everyone’s tastes are catered for. Minichamps’ motorbikes are mainly replicated in 1:12 scale. Their Valentino Rossi Collection has proven particularly popular with collectors.
