Now in stock are Minichamps’ 1:18 re-releases of the 1994 Williams FW16s of Ayrton Senna and Damon Hill.

We won’t go into a thorough retelling of the tragic events of that season here. Suffice to say, the Senna replica is from the San Marino Grand Prix, where the great Brazilian scored his 65th pole position, and partook in his final racing laps before reaching the Tamburello corner on lap six.

The Damon Hill car is from the first race of the campaign in Brazil, in which he finished second. After a tragic and controversial year he was pipped to the drivers’ title by Michael Schumacher, by just one point.

These replicas come with decal sheet in order to make them completely race-authentic, if you know what we mean!
