AUTOart 1-18 2019 Bugatti Chiron Sport diecast model car review

Now in stock is AUTOart’s 1:18 replica of the Bugatti Chiron Sport, in French Racing Blue, Italian Red and Rafale Grey.

The Sport was the track-focused version of the Chiron,and was unveiled at the 2018 Geneva Motor Show. It was mechanically identical to the ‘standard’ version (if a Bugatti Chiron could ever be called ‘standard’!), using the same quad-turbocharged W16 engine. But, due to an increased use of carbon fibre, it weighed in 18 kg lighter. Stiffer suspension also enhanced its cornering ability, while a torque vectoring system controlled the power sent to each wheel for improved handling in tighter corners.

AUTOart has gone all out with its 1:18 replica; as well as opening doors and boot, it features removable rear bodywork, while a couple of pieces of branded luggage is also a nice touch!
