1:18 1982 De Tomaso Pantera

The De Tomaso Pantera originally started production in 1971, but it would be almost a decade before the outrageous GT5 variant was introduced. It incorporated better brakes, a more luxurious interior, and much larger wheels and tyres than its predecessor, but the pièce de resistance was the fibreglass bodykit. The latter included an air dam, side skirts, and that none too subtle rear wing! The GT5 remained in production until 1985, when it was replaced by the GT5-S.

Tecnomodel is just about to release four 1:18 colourways of this car, all limited to 100 pieces, but the red version has already sold out to pre-orders. If you don’t want to miss out on the blue, white or black examples, then you should get your order in sharpish before they go the same way.
