KK 1:18 diecast model of the 1983 Porsche 911 SC Coupe in white. Porsche introduced the new version of the 911, the SC, in 1978. It would remain in production until 1983. It featured a 3.0 litre aluminium engine with Bosch K-Jetronic fuel injection, and a 5-speed 915 transmission. Porsche made the engine from aluminium for the first time as it was felt that reliabilty could be improved from the magnesium versions that had been offered previously.
