KK 1:18 diecast model of the 1998 BMW M5 (E39) in Silverstone Blue Metallic. The E39-spec. BMW M5 was the first M5 to use a V8 engine, resulting in a substantial increase in power. This allowed it to accelerate from 0 to 60 mph in 4.8 seconds, while its top speed was electronically limited to 155 mph. It was also the first M5 to use aluminium front suspension components and a multi-link rear suspension.
