Cult Jaguar XJ6 4.2 1968 - Regency Red 1:18 model car

Cult 1:18 resin model of the 1968 Jaguar XJ6 4.2 in Regency Red. The XJ6 replaced most of Jaguar's saloons, which by the 1960s had expanded to four separate ranges. It carried over the 2.8 litre and 4.2 litre versions of Jaguar's renowned straight-six XK engine, as well as the front and rear suspension from previous models. Sir Williams Lyons himself was invloved with the advertising campaign for the car, calling it 'the finest Jaguar ever' on the television adverts. Reviews of the car were favourable, with the brakes and ride quality receiving particular praise.
