1:18 2019 Mercedes AMG GTR Formula One Safety Car

Truth be told, we’ve been surprised at how well this replica has gone down with collectors. It was a complete sell-out on release with Minichamps, while we have a mere half a dozen pieces spare after fulfilling our customer pre-orders.

It is, of course, last year’s Formula One Safety Car: the Mercedes AMG GTR. It is certainly something a little bit different for your 1:18 F1 collection! It also pays a poignant tribute to legendary F1 race director Charlie Whiting, who passed away on the eve of the first race of the season, as it features ‘Thank You Charlie’ messages on the sides.
