Available for the very first time is this new three aeroplane Concorde commemorative set that celebrates the life of this extraordinary aeronautical icon.
The three models, which are made from high density fibreglass, measure 24cm in length. Each one comes with its own acrylic presentation base. The aircraft depicted are all highly significant in their own right and happen also to show the three different liveries that adorned Concorde during its operational life.
The 1976 aircraft in its Negus livery undertook the very first BA commercial flight to Bahrain.
The Landor liveried plane from 1996 recorded the fastest ever flight between JFK and Heathrow.
The third model is a replica of the last Concorde to fly. It is presented in the Chatham livery and, of course, the flight was to its resting place at Filton.
This superb set comes presented in a beautiful, silk-lined presentation box and is accompanied by a photographic Certificate of Authenticity that is signed by Chief Concorde pilot, Captain Mike Bannister.
The set is limited to just 500 pieces worldwide and stands as a glorious testament to this Anglo-French collaboration.
