Biante has released a 1:43 diecast model of the #4 Cooper T51 which Stirling Moss drove to victory in the 1959 Portuguese Grand Prix. We are delighted that Sir Stirling Moss has signed a limited number of this model exclusively for us. Moss drove this Cooper T51 to an emphatic victory in the 1959 Portuguese Grand Prix. He dominated the race, leading from start to finish, and lapping everyone except for second place man Masten Gregory. Up until that point Moss had had a poor season, with his only finish being a second place at the British Grand Prix driving a BRM P25. He went on to win the Italian Grand Prix, allowing him to climb his way up to a respectable third place in the drivers’ championship. We were very impressed with Biante’s 1:43 Jack Brabham Cooper, and these Moss versions are up to the same standard. They both come with removable bodywork to show off the impressively high level of engine detail.Delivery information
