David

Your company handled my order in a perfect manner. In fact, if all companies were as easy to deal with on-line I would probably carry out more transactions in this fashion. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

Paul

I am delighted with my F1 World Championship Presentation. It's a work of art, many thanks.

Additional product description

Minichamps has released a 1:12 diecast model of the Ducati 750 SS from 1974. When Paul Smart and Bruno Spaggiari took a one-two victory on a pair of silver desmodromic 750s at the first Imola 200 race in April 1972, they changed the face of Ducati forever. Overnight, chief engineer Fabio Taglioni became a legend and the Ducati marque was thrust into the limelight. But to make the 750 legal for national racing it had to be homologated and so, in February 1973, the 750 SS was listed in the company’s official model line-up. 100 were supposed to be made, although it seems unlikely that they were. But towards the end of the year Taglioni was sanctioned to oversee the production of a limited series that would be offered to the public. It is this 1974 750 SS that has been replicated by Minichamps, and what a beautiful bike it is. Just 400 of these round-case 750 SSs were produced and in all crucial respects it was nearly identical to the ‘73 race bike. Distinguished by its blue painted frame, silver and blue fairing and Imola-style fuel tank with transparent fuel strip, these bikes are today probably the most coveted of all Ducatis.

Great bike cant wait for the 900SS

steve

Excelent model and better than most of the 'modern' bikes produced. Not quite up to the Brough, Vincent and Triumph Twin but very close. If you like classics it's for you. Thanks Minichamps.

Finally took delivery and it's one of the best Minichamps ever, compared to the last, Jota, this is 100 times better.
