We promise we won’t be beaten on price

Whenever you shop with us at Diecast Legends, we want you to know you’re not only receiving high quality product and a great service but also good value.

We try to set competitive prices. However, if you find something at a cheaper price, we’ll not only match it but reduce it by a further £1. If you have already placed your order, and subsequently find it cheaper elsewhere, we’ll credit you the difference plus £1 (up to seven days after despatch).

We try and ensure we remain competitive with all other retailers but cannot monitor prices of all our items on a daily basis due to the number of different products we sell.

If you have already ordered we will reduce your existing order to match the price beat. Make sure you let us know your order number if this is the case.

If your order has already been despatched we will credit your customer account with the difference. You can then use this credit on backorders or future orders. Please call us on 0844 887 8888 or email customer.services@diecastlegends.com when you would like to use your credit.

Terms and conditions

On eBay or other marketplace type websites, we will only price beat buy it now prices, from registered business sellers. We do not price beat auction or current bid prices or items that have ended.

We can only price beat competitors based in the UK. We cannot beat any overseas sellers or sellers selling in any currencies other than GBP. We cannot match UK sellers listings in currencies other than GBP. We cannot match prices that have been converted to GBP from another currency.

We can only price beat competitors that have the product in stock and available. We cannot price beat sellers selling out of stock products. We cannot offer the lowest price guarantee on pre-orders. We will price beat as soon as items are released but we cannot confirm other vendors’ prices until the item is actually in stock or available.

We can only price beat against prices available to the general public without any additional sign up required. We cannot price beat members only prices and offers.

We will only price beat items like for like. The item on the competitors site must match the product we are selling in model, colour and size.

We cannot beat prices from out of date literature.

Lowest price guarantee cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers or diecast club membership.

Lowest price guarantee can only be used by UK customers shipping to a UK address excluding the Channel Islands.

We can only price beat genuine businesses and will not price beat illegal or fake websites.

Before you email us, make sure you have found the best price as we will only price beat an item once.

We will price match up to 7 days after we have despatched your order.

Lowest price guarantee is applied to the total order - The product and the delivery charge. For example if a UK retailer is selling a model car for £25 with free delivery. We will ship the car to you for £24 including delivery. If a competitor is selling a model for £19.99 with £3.95 postage we will ship the item to you for £22.94.

Where an item is being price beaten within an order of multiple items, any non price beaten item’s delivery will be charged at the prevailing rate.

Proof of price is required and this will be checked before the price match is verified.

Your unique price beat discount code will be valid for two days from the time we email it to you and can only be used once by yourself for the product you have specified.
